If I could have given this business no stars, I would have. My teen daughter went in there to get her nails done for a dance. She was so excited, but her experience was ruined by the lack of professionalism and the incredibly rude behavior by one of the staff members. He also asked her for a payment before the job was even done. During the process of doing her nails, he attempted to push up the amount owed by doing things without asking her. We will be going to another nail salon where the owners know how to run a business striving for excellence and has the ability to exercise good customer service.

My friend and I had a great experience at this salon! There was another salon we tried to visit, and one of the technicians was rude to us saying there was a wait (not the fact that there was a wait, just the way he said it). So we came to Signature Nails Salon - they were able to take us right away and the place felt super clean. We also enjoyed talking to the technicians, they were so nice. Highly recommend, will be returning to this one!

I called for an appointment and yes they took me in,But my services were rushed and when I asked for my nails to be corrected the technician told me if I wash my hand they will look good and he never did anything. Shortly he asked me for my debit card while I was getting my pedicure done stating they had to close the debit card machine swiped my card and then he swag and left . I can understanding they wanted to go home but I payed for full fee to get the service I needed. I will not go back there.

This has been my second time going to this nail salon. I was very pleased about how clean and professional they were. I loved the friendliness when you walk inside instead of the rude stares at other places. Ive seen review below saying about the unprofessionalism and charging more. However, I was also there at that moment and I would honestly say the man asked the young lady if she wanted to pay now or later to avoid her nails chipping or breaking during the process. Others around me saw it too. I also want to add that charging more would have been brought up based on what you're getting and if your trying to add on or change your mind. Also, I want to add that in order to receive the proper communication and respect, you need to also retaliate in the same way and force your issue on the employer without over talking and storming out yelling.Very embarrassing and people around me thought the same way.
