It’s awful customer service! 1. Can’t send and receive image. 2. Can’t FaceTime. 3. Can’t get unlimited data when pay $30 and up. 4. When they realize customers ready to move to different wireless carriers, they try to make very hard before releasing account # and pin. Never recommend to everyone!
