This place is a hit or miss. The only guy that works there is HORRIBLE and he is RUDE. He pushed your hand so aggressively! He paints your nails out of the line. Judy is amazing! She’s kind and sweet. Ignore it was only her, I’d give her 5 stars!

They did good work but three stars because they give you one price for a shellac mani and then when you go to pay they charge you $5 extra to remove the shellac that you had on from before. Ridiculous policy- I consider that practice to be dishonest.

Let me start off by saying the guy who works there is incredibly rude. The way he was throwing my hands around and was tapping my hands with his finger was so rude! I will never spend my money there again! My nails look horrible!! I've never had such a bad nail job! I've never complained about the way people do my nails because I'm really not that picky. They are all cut differently and the gel looks terrible. My friend got her nails done as well and the lady kept cutting her cuticles and making her bleed. Maybe I would understand why they did such a bad job if they were busy but no one was waiting!! Don't waste your money and go try Annie's beauty corner in downtown Rochester! They do a great job and are very friendly!
