I had terrible experience at the salon..on May 2nd. The receptionist was very nice. I do not treat myself often for pedicure and manicure I was so looking forward to this. The girl that did the pedicure was rude she did not say Hello or even say her name ? the only talking she did was in another language to another girl in the salon. She acted like I was putting her out being I was her last customer maybe she was in a hurry ? I told her my right toe was tender and what does she do? pokes it like crazy as of that day my toe cuticle area on the side is swollen and very tender. She got polish all over my cuticles. I need to take it off. No thank you or anything ! The manicurist did say Hello but not a good job on my nails it was better than the pedicure . My cuticles right now do not look . I had to refile my nails! I brought my own polish it is already wearing off. I have worked with the public and still do customer service. I was a hair stylist for many years and I know how a salon should treat their clients. I am very easy to please but this was a horrible experience. When I left the girl at the desk asked me how was everything I quietly said I was very unhappy. I wanted to talk to her but the manicurist was right next to her leaning over trying to listen Really ? I was tempted to say could we please talk privately ? But I did not want to be rude.I will never return to this salon. I think the girls need to learn some proper manners .......You lost who would have been a good customer !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I made an appointment for gel manicure and eyebrow wax. I received a gift card and wanted to use it. I read reviews and was spectacle about going. I first had my nails done and she did a good job. I will say it was the fastest gel manicure I’ve ever had 25mins. She then took me to the waxing room. I should have known from the start when she starting putting the wax on both the upper and lower eye instead of doing it one at a time. I let her continue thinking she knew what she was doing. I walked out with my eyes burning. Once I got to my car and looked in the mirror, I noticed them to be really red. I thought it would go away after a while. NO IT DIDN’T!!! My eyes are swollen and red and in pain. I wish I could post a picture but there isn’t that option. Please AVOID this place as I don’t think the technicians are trained in waxing. The salon is clean and well run. It's usually possible to get a same day appointment, except during very busy times (holidays, etc). The manicurists generally do a very good job.

Very spacious, great quality of my regular mani / pedi (I can't speak to shellac or acrylics), the spa chairs were a little old which was a bummer b/c using the massage feature was limited.

Great! Extra bonus is you can get a glass of wine from Pairings Wine Bar next door and bring it to the nail salon.
