I’ve been going for a cpl years now.. I always schedule an appointment.. I actually love the way they do my nails but what’s the point of scheduling an appointment when your a regular if u have to wait? I scheduled a 12:30 appointment on a Saturday.. I get there 5 min early.. there’s always someone in the chair when I get there but I don’t mind.. So now it’s 12:45 and she’s done. I get up and get ready to sit in the chair and she tells me no I’m going to do her first.. I’m like what!? I just waited 15 min.. and now you taking someone before me?? ( and this is not the first time this has happened) And my appointment with u was at 12:30 .. had me pist.. when Andy is not there.. anything goes and that is definitely not how u run a business!

Very disappointed. My nails are THICK and misshapened. And look at that polish 😔 Also, I asked for ombré on my ring finger and she just put glitter polish on top of the base color. That’s not ombré! This cost $40 too. I won’t be back.

Not a happy camper. I know they say you got what you pay for but I feel like I overpaid for what I got. Could never feel comfortable because it just wasn't what I expected for the location.

I stopped using them for a while because they are always busy and I need to be in and out. Once i started scheduling ahead, my guy Andy gets me in and out and I love the way he does my nails. I get my nails, brows and lashes done....

I've been going here off & on for a few years. I am in love with their hot wax pedicures, but not impressed with their nails. I am super picky about my nails & like them a certain way. Since they're usually very busy, they are rushing & it shows by how your nails turn out. Definitely do not go there on a Friday or Saturday.
