Great experience, extremely helpful and friendly staff. Tom was fantastic, very knowledgeable and personal. He took the time and effort to explain to me all of my choices and what they actually meant in a way I could understand including discussing eligible options of lowering my rate for example donating to a good cause, AAA etc.
Family operated business that goes above and beyond for the customer and offers great advise. Extremely happy I stumbled across Mainstream!

All staff is wonderful, but, Aeron Lee is the one who helped me with getting a lower cost Insurance. Cheaper than what I was paying yet more then what I was getting with my previous Insurance Company. A very happy customer in deed! Thanks a bunch! Got to love her accent too...

Outstanding service , highly knowledgeable and very kind and courteous staff. I have been a satisfied customer for many years. Tom, Judy, and Kim are always doing there best to make sure I have the right products with great rates. If you want an Insurance company that will stand by you for years to come and provide quality service then Mainstream Insurance can do just that. I will be with them for many more years.

I shopped around for insurance and when I call mainstream Tom K was completely helpful and courteous to me. I couldn't ask for better service from someone. While I was waiting for my quote to load he made me feel like we had known each other for years. Everything I needed to know to get the best deal was provided. They really do look out for you. And when I arrived we were able to get everything signed and all done so quick!!! I was also told of other ways to save money while I was in the office! Everyone was really kind and I don't think I could have asked for a better experience.. thank u so much mainstream team!!! You guys rock!!!!
