HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! All my coworkers were raving about this nail salon so I called 12/18 for an app. 12/22 yesterday with Vicky. The lady took my name & number and even asked if I wanted a pedicure too and I told her yes. She said OK they will see me then 12/22 at 6:30. I get there and the guy says they have no app for me, I must have called a different place. I said maybe they put it for tomorrow by mistake. He says no we're full you have to come back another time. Mind you he never asked my name or number!!! How do you know if you didn't ask my name and check the book for my name? & then I show him my call log and he says oh that is us but they can't take me. THEY HAVE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I love this place so much, people there are nice and sweet, they take their time to finish the work.
