I am very unsatisfied with my recent visits at this salon. I went in on 03/26 with an appointment scheduled to get highlights. I showed the lady multiple pictures of how I wanted it and that I didn't want any brassy or orange color in my hair just blonde. She did 7 foils and did the "crown" of my head. When she was done she said how it was still orange and that it wouldn't pull blonde even though I've gotten it done before. I did not realize until I got home that she did not do the ENTIRE back of my head. I paid $53 for this visit. I scheduled another appointment on that Thursday 03/29 in hopes of not having to pay for it to be corrected. When I went in a different lady did it and while she was doing my hair said how she doesn't do highlights and didn't know how really. They then said that I need a toner in order to get the color I wanted but that they didn't have the toner and weren't going to go to Sally's to get it. Then they charged me $48 for making it even worse?? The lady even said while checking me out that they did not get the results we wanted with my hair. I then had to go to Sally's on my own to buy a toner that was $15. I was embarrassed of my hair so I booked an appointment with a professional who then had to fix Smartstyle's mistakes. Since I ended up paying $260 all together to get my hair done I contacted Customer Care who said they would have a manager reach out to me. I didn't hear anything for a week so I reached out to the manager myself and she said that since I had went and got it fixed somewhere else and not with them (I didn't want to keep going back to Smartstyle to have it look awful) that there was nothing they could do about it or refund me. I think contacted corporate who said this location was independently owned so it was up to the manager to decide. Poor service and unqualified stylists. I have attached the pictures I showed them. The first visit with no highlights in the back. The second time (which looked like a skunk). I would say you "get what you paid for" when going cheap at Smartstyle but considering I spent $101 just at that salon, I think I deserved for it to be done correctly or to have been issued a refund considering the awful customer service and results.

Store hours are until 8 PM. I used the on-line check in at 5 PM with a confirmation for 5:30 PM. I get int at 5:25 PM, and I'm told they are booked. No one in chairs waiting. She says she didn't get it but she has no time left today. She clicked at the computer. Good thing I left the confirmation page up and attached the screenshot of my confirmation from their website.
