You will leave feel satisfied with products, services, and like a valued guest. No pressure to purchase products, but because I was impressed with the results and I was brought a card with incentives/perks for first 3 visits, I did purchase something. Brooke was my hair stylist and she listened and provided recommendations beyond hair also. Whoever owns or manages this place knows what they're doing! Wonderful experience with Elise on a skin consultation, who is really genuine and understanding of clients. My impression is that she has a lot of experience and she wants her clients to have the most optimal results based on their time, finances, effort, and upkeep. Looking forward to my next visit and happy to give them my business. Wow!

Beautiful, thoughtfully designed, and super clean salon! Was in town from San Diego, and got an appointment set for facial and pedicure with Elise, the resident esthetician. No lie, this is the best pedicure I’ve had in 5 years!! Elise took care of every single rough spot and winter crack on my heels. My feet haven’t been this healthy ever. During the facial, Elise’s 10+ years of experience was super evident with her expertise and gentle approach to my skin. She knows exactly which course of action to take to heal skin from inside and out and now 1 month later still no break outs. Got the full skin and product routine written down. Thanks for the total spa day from head to foot!

As a service provider at this salon, I love working here. The environment is so clean, open and positive which creates a warm, welcoming and professional experience for every guest. It’s been a privilege to be a part of a team who I can trust any of my guests with if they can’t get in with me and having so much continuing education assures all of our guests that we’re keeping everything top quality. We provide hair, nails and skin services with extensively trained providers in every department. We also do a lot of guest appreciation events, giveaways and classes. I highly recommend anyone to come experience us and call our guest service specialist at the salon or enjoy a complimentary consultation if they have any questions before making an appointment!

I doesn’t matter who I get my hair done by, it’s great every time. I get great customer service at the front desk area too. I enjoy the option to have a beer while I’m there, and the Redken Brews products I’ve purchased have done great on my beard and hair. Most recently, Brooke cut my hair and gave me a great fade. But like I said, everyone does an awesome job.

I LOVE 843 Beauty Collective, all of their staff go above and beyond to accommodate their clientele. Everyone is super knowledgeable about not only products they sell but the complex education they all have in regards to color and cut is amazing. Absolutely adore this shop and all of their artists.
