This is the very best nail salon. It is beautiful, comfortable, professional and I love it❣️ The manager is exceptional at his job and the customer service is superior. Henry is my favorite tech with his gentle, caring ways. I’ve never been to another nail place that is as terrific as this one and I won’t go anywhere else. I highly recommend Posh ll!

I went in for a fill in for my acrylic nails and was extremely disappointed with this service. The acrylic was put on too thick and it was not smooth. You could actually see indentations on the top of my nails. I was also charged extra for my choice of polish which was not explained to me when I picked it out. I don’t mind paying extra but it would have been nice to know that upfront. To top it all off the fill didn’t even last 2 weeks before two of my nails popped off. I will not be returning to this salon in the future.

My wife's finger and toe nails look great. The technician was very skilled and the cost was good. The facility looked immaculate and it's well ventilated. The staff is very friendly and professional. The staff's actions show they respect the customer and they want repeat customers. I highly recommend!

I decided to go to Posh because I was closer to it than my Normal salon. It’s absolutely gorgeous inside and the service was decent. However, I received the lumpiest gel fill-in ever from here. It doesn’t look like gel and is so uneven. My nails were coffin shape and upon leaving I noticed my first finger was completely square. The girl next to me was so unimpressed that she had to get her manicure completely redone. They continuously push you to try and get more expensive services. If I wasn’t used to getting my nails done, they could’ve definitely tricked me. Paid about 43.00 for what was honestly a 20.00 job. I’ll definitely be going to get my next fill-in at my regular nail salon.
