The first time I went before Thanksgiving, they earned 5 stars. The staff was pleasant and the shop was very clean. I was the only one there, so they took their time with my Gel Nails and Pedicure, which I greatly appreciated; it made me feel like I had booked the place all to myself.
But the appointment before Christmas didn't go as well. I had to return because I had several nails that the Gel Polish didn't dry well. I contacted them and returned to have them repaired. The same guy repolished my nails, but after getting home, the same thing happened to two more of my nails. Needless to say, I wasn't very happy, but I didn't call back.
I understand that things happen, but I've never had this happen any other time I've gotten Gel Polish... either they weren't allowed the proper time to set, or the Polish is old. Either way, I think I'll give them one more chance, but I'll just go to the guy who did them the first time.

The service and expertise here is exceptional. Nice and clean with a friendly atmosphere. It helps to know exactly what you want or speak Cantonese (I believe that's what they said! Possibly Mandarin too. I can't speak anything but English, sadly.) because only a few employees speak English fluently. Everyone is so nice though and will work hard to get you exactly what you want. Great service transcends language barriers. I'm actually going back today! This is my new go-to spot in the area.

Just started going here about 2 months ago this would be my third time today and I just love it! I love the atmosphere! I get a gel manicure every 2 weeks Carson is my favorite he is so detailed when it comes to my nails! My favorite place to go!

I have been here several times and I always get great service. They have a wonderful selection ANC dipping powder colors, and their pedicures are fantastic indulgence. The staff is always very nice and accommodating. I do suggest making an appointment rather than walking in because they do get busy.
