While my nails came out fine this is not the place I used to patronize a couple of years ago. Serena was super rude and unprofessional. I watched her antagonize a customer who had waited 30 minutes after coming back after an hour to get one nail fixed resulting in a physical altercation. Ghetto!

I made an appointment an hour before for myself and my in-laws!! Very friendly!! Very helpful!! I got French tips that were perfect, by free hand! The design also free handed was amazing. I will be going to them to get my nails done for my wedding!

This place was horrible I would never go back I was there since 9:30am they did not start my nails until 1:00 p.m. he (Gold) buff away some of the previous Polish off then told me to go pick out a color then he had the nerve to start on someone else's nail, And told me I had to wait unF***ing believable.

They did an amazing job today on my eyebrows....so far the best in Norwich.

Lovely experience! I showed up at closing time and they still gladly took my business! I was still pampered and treated with respect even though I delayed their leaving :) that really shows the type of management and staff that are here! All of the staff were joyful and friendly especially Ken! I think they earned my permanent business!!
