I love this place! If you’re complaining about a wait, you would have to wait anywhere that is worth going to get your nails done. You can’t make an appointment so it is what it is. Jimmy is amazing and never lets me down. They are all super sweet and offer fast, great and affordable service! I moved to TN a while back and still drive to GA just to go to Jimmy!

This was my first visit at Nail Envy. I was impressed with how fast they got me in at the last minute! The problem is that the guy that did my dipped nails was in a hurry and ended up hitting my cuticle also they don't clean their tools! He didn't stop to clean his station or tools before starting my nails.

First of all I am NEVER one to go online and complain but this absolutely ruined my day. I went in today to get a set of nails and decided to try the “dip” option that they had because I have heard a lot of my friends talk about how much they liked it. Not only were my nails janky and completely uneven, the tips were not filed down and completely sharp. At one point the lady cut my thumb and made it bleed and completely ignored it as if it never happened? I was completely dissatisfied with the way my
nails look she continued to put more and more coating on my nails and it began to look bubbly and warped (I figured she would file it down in the end to make it look more natural but no). I was so furious with the way it looked and even the nail tech beside her was staring at my nails and raising her eyebrow because of how noticeable awful they looked. This was my only off day so my friend and I decided to hurry and go get them fixed at a different salon before they closed since the lady had taken so long. At first I was just going to accept the fact that I had just paid $40 for an awful manicure (and even tipped her $10 because she didn’t offer to give me change or a receipt) and walk out but then I realize I my skin was completely glued to my nails and there was nail “dip” all over my fingers as well as cotton under my nails. They people at the second nail place I went too were absolutely MORTIFIED at what the first nail tech had done to me. We then called Nail Envy back to explain the situation and the manager was completely rude and refused to give me my money back. This place is awful I will NEVER return.

I have been going to the salon well over 20 some odd years and they are a family and treat u like family. Love Andy ( Nail Art) brother Kevin ( Nail Envy) along with their wives Jill and Vicki
