I've never really had a good experience here. I came to get my entire bridal party's nails done and the lady dogged my nails the ENTIRE TIME. She kept talking how terrible my nails looked and how I better start coming in more often. Just what a bride wants to hear on her wedding day. My normal nail place was closed and I just needed a simple fill in so I decided to try them one more time. Without even asking or explaining what they were doing, they completely redid my nails and repainted them in a different color than I asked for and charged me $28!! When I just wanted a fill in, $28 is absolutely ridiculous. To top it all off, they were more concerned about their smoke breaks than the clients. I had 3 different people work on my nails so they could take smoke breaks. Very unprofessional. One of the ladies just kept asking me where I got my nails done and told me what a terrible job they did and how she was going to fix it and kept ragging on this other place. I will not be visiting again. Buyer beware

If you are looking for pampering this is not the place. You are barely acknowledged when you walk in the door; the lady who I "think" owns the place is flat out rude and is either talking on the phone or walking off rather than giving a manicure. If you are looking for a great leg, foot, hand, and arm massage keep driving. They massaged my legs with what seemed like a vibrator to me. The only good thing I can offer about the place is it is clean.

This is the only place i go to get my nails and toes done.. Tammy is the best.. i follow her to every shop. Love ya

I had most horrible experience. Told woman what I wanted and she said over and over she knew what it was then she still did it how she wanted and told me is what I wanted? Very poor listening skills. Then toenails were smudged by time I got half way to door. Man was very nice and fixed them. I thought. No separaters to keep from touching. Just little cotton barely. Got home they are smudged. Only drove. Person ran my card as debit 3 times. Don't know how she did this. Didn't think she was trying to do anything bad really. Saw 3 slips and had to call bank. Acct was blocked! I told her probably bcs she tried it 3 times. I had to pay. She very quickly informed me that she did not run it thru 3 times only 2..I saw her abd the slips let her. So after on hold for nearly 15 mins bank said she ran it as DEBIT and they didn't understand that either. She was rude about everything. I paid. 4th time went thru. As credit. Got home. Very upset and called bank. Guess what? Blocked again after they unblocked it. Scary! Now I have bills to pay and deposits coming thru and bank looked at what she did and said to me to close account. Now had to block my card. Very odd. A most inconvenient worrisome experience!!! Never again. She got mad that a customer overheard me say I was uncomfortable. Well who wouldn't be. I was the customer and the payer. Wasn't treated like it. So have to fix my nails and open new acct and wait for new card. Yay.
