The place doesn't look nice from the outside and tbh, the only reason I went in was because I was waiting for my daughter to get off work nearby. I wasn't expecting much, but the place is nice on the inside. Very relaxing.... dim lights, soft music playing. I just got a basic pedicure which might explain why the technician didn't spend much time cutting my nails evenly. Other than the lengths being different, my nails look great. I marked down a star also for the fact that it took the technician assigned to me a while to get started because she was distracted with conversations going on around her.
Up until this point what I typed was while I was still sitting in the chair waiting for my nails to dry. The technician never came back to check on my nails, so I finally checked myself to discover that she left the oil on my legs and she didn't clean off the excess polish very well. The technician I had was fairly young, maybe she was just inexperienced? Changing my rating to 3 stars, though.

Absolutely recommend this place, great atmosphere and everyone is so professional. I have no dips in my nails, the lady took her time on my nails and they turned out beautiful.
My sister got her nails done and they turned out beautiful as well. If I could rate 10 stars I would. 💕 thank you for the great service, will be coming back.

I am usually very impressed with this salon, I have had a pedicure here before and today it was not worth the money I paid. They rushed through the entire pedicure, I chose the deluxe and they barely rubbed anything in, did not massage much at all and the towel rap was placed on me for about 15 seconds then they wiped everything off and it was done. This was not relaxing or anything that I would have expected for $35, my manicure was fine. Second guessing my choice in this salon. May be time to find a new one. Also, not that it's a big deal but, they did not offer me anything to drink. ***I noticed the owner replied to my comment stating my pedicure was only $30 and I have proof that it was $35 when I arrived I asked for the basic one then when the gentlemen showed me the pamphlet I pointed to the $35 pedicure and he said okay then proceeded to get the scrubs and things together. And as for asking for another person, please keep in mind that I booked appointment in advance and they should have had it all prepared and ready without rushing. Dont comment until you get your facts together and seeing this defensive response makes it where I will never want to come back to this place even more***

Ok so I get my nails done usually once a month and this was my second time here. As a guy wanting acrylics I was treated with respect and the guy who did my nails was very professional. Don't know his name but did a great job on my nails.

I love First Lady! They are so careful and care for me as the customer:) it’s nice to get a pedicure from some one who doesn’t make you feel uncomfortable and make you feel like you matter enough to put time in effort on:) they are wonderful and I will not go any where else in Sherman they are incredible and so respectful. Also o have gotten eyes waxed they look beautiful and the nails are also a success I highly suggest going to First Lady nails! You won’t regret it!
