If it was possible to give them 0 stars, I would. How are these people still in business? Terrible service. Absolutely terribe. Not to mention the pedicure was the worst I've ever had. Before it even started, I was skipped over twice after waiting for 45 mins. I waited so long, the water went cold. I'm a 35 year old woman who's been to nail salons all over the country, including salons in Europe. This is the fist time I've ever been compelled to write a review. Why? Because I dont want any of you to have to waste your time or money. DO NOT HERE! I repeat, DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Honestly not even good enough to have 1 star. Never will I ever go to this salon again. They dug so deep into my nail and it split in half and is now holding onto a tiny bit of skin. I'm about to have half a nail now.

I had a great experience there today. They accommodated me right away asked what i needed. Before i knew it, my water was drawn. Picked my color. Sat down and a lil old man came to do my nails after. I used the massage chair found a comfortable setting i liked then put on the 30 min timer. Felt so good. The nail guy was shaky and old i was worried...but he did a great job. I will so go back, and even go to him!

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. This lady with a very long colored blonde straight hair wearing eyeglasses is very rude to her customer. Considering it was our first visit there. But unfortunately this lady doesn't understand what her customer wants. The problem with her she cannot talk in English she kept on talking using her native language. She don't even care how careless she was. We are your customers you should know how to respect your customer. This is your bread and butter you should know how to treat the customers nicely but this parlor doesn't have that called "respect". We are paying you for a "good service" but you have given us a VERY BAD SERVICE. This PARLOR IS NOT RECOMMENDABLE. See for yourself. Goodluck! First and last last visit.

Terrible terrible service. Time and time again I try to give them another chance since they have SO many workers. Each and everytime I'm waiting or they're hurting me. Today I went in at 8:20 for a simple manicure and waited for 30 mins to be told they couldn't help me and we're closing. Unbelievable.
