Looked for a long time for a good stylist. Went here for 1st time and Taylor did my hair. Wash, cut and blow dry. She did an AMAZING job!!! Will be going back again to see her in the future for my touch ups!!
All staff seemed to be friendly.

I had a terrible time...I was getting a perm for the first time but the chemicals burned my scalp horribly and the lady doing my hair treated it as if the pain was normal. I felt like my whole scalp was on fire and I could only imagine what my scalp would look like after 20 minutes of that. Eventually we had a lady clean the chemicals out of my hair after 2-5 minutes (YES, the pain was that bad) but when I went home, I could see some red spots on my scalp and somehow there was a burn on my neck from the chemicals. The perm barely lasted a week and left me feeling horrible, ALL for $70. I feel so ripped off! I read a lot about perms but I seem to have forgotten to research about what I need to do before a perm but even so my skin is veeeery sensitive. The workers here seriously need to tell their customers what they're in for and what the precautions are.

I am soooooooo upset! I should have done more research before selecting this place to do my hair! I am getting married is 7 months and I wanted to look natural. I have been growing out my natural DARK ASH BLONDE hair for a solid year now! I did not want any chemicals touching my virgin hair I simply wanted my ends (bleached blonde) to match my new growth as blended as possible.
Started off way wrong. The lady who was doing my hair asked what we were doing today and I told her matching my ends to my new growth. I told her how long it has taken to grow just the little 4 inches I have and that I loved my natural color. She right away said she was going to look at color swatches. She came back mixing color and the slapped it right on my NATURAL HAIR!! I told her to stop the processing because I did not want any chemicals touching my new growth. She sprayed with water and wiped it off. Ok no big deal right?! Well she then said she felt safer doing a toner because she wasn’t positive she could blend permanent hair color with my new growth.
OK agin that’s fine.
She comes back with the toner and lathers it all over my freaking head!!!!!! I asked her why she deliberately put it on my new growth and she said it wouldn’t do anything to my natural hair not even Change the color and no damage would come from it. That was a lie! My hair was Ash blonde and beautiful and now I have very damaged Brown splotchy hair. I’m so upset. I’m now not able to look how I want for my wedding and I have been crying since I have gotten home! These people were nice and looks like they can do men’s haircuts well but DO NOT GO TO GET YOUR HAIR COLORED! You could do it better from watching YouTube and doing it yourself!
