AWFUL! I had my hair cut here a while back and it was one of the worst experiences I've had. The lady who did my hair (can't remember her name) started by draping me with a short cape that only covered my shoulders, so that by the time I left, I was totally covered in hair!! She cut off more than I wanted her to. Against my better judgment I decided to also get my brows waxed and while the shape was nice, a day later the waxed areas were covered in itchy bumps that didn't go away for a week! That has never happened to me before and I'm not sure why, I suspect they may double dip and I got some sort of infection as a result. Then she charged me $60, and their ancient credit card machine would not take my card. Had to go get money from the ATM! Ugh!! Will never come back and do not recommend to anyone!!!!
