Love crystal nails. Best nail salon in Indianapolis. Love Hanna . She is so accommodating, pleasant and patient. I'm very picky and she always remembers exactly what I like. She's excellent with eyebrows too. Her gel manicure will last me almost a month. And the hot stone pedicure feel awesome. I would recommend all my friends there but make sure to make appointment ❤❤❤❤❤

I love coming here! They are very professional, personal and efficient. I actually chose this place after reading other positive reviews as I was searching for someone that could complete a gel manicure that wouldn't chip and peel within 5 days. I've never had a gel manicure completed so quickly, and yet last longer and look better than any gel manicure I've had at other salons. The establishment is clean and beautiful inside with a touch of classy embellishments and doesn't smell like chemicals. The hot stone pedicure feels amazing. Tommy does an amazing job with freestyle marble designs and Hanna's precision with my nails is awesome. There is never a dull moment with the constant laughter and communication. I'm never left waiting because I always make an appointment. It's best to make an appointment if you want fast service and to feel special. I always leave feeling pampered and I'm happy that I found a salon that I will be sticking with for a long time!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this place!!! I have been coming here for over 8 yrs. I like that they are consistent and have basically maintained the same same staff (when I first started coming it was only Tommy, his wife Hannah and her sister Holly). I love the personal attention and the fact that I don't have to tell Tommy and his wife how I like my feet and nails done, because they always remember. I even moved to another state for 2yrs but would still drive almost 2hrs once a mo to get services. Hannah also does my brow and lip wax. The prices are very reasonable, and the service is unmatched. I mean they give you a hot stone foot massage with your pedicure. Although they allow walk-ins, I would suggest making an appointment because they get busy during the weekends.

I never enjoyed getting my nails done because I could never find the right salon. I’ve always heard great things about Crystal Nails, and finally went a few months ago. Crystal Nails has made me fall in LOVE again with getting my nails done!!! I love the energy that Tommy and Hanna bring to the salon! The salon is clean, spacious and inviting! I’ve thoroughly enjoyed every visit to the salon; Tommy has done such a beautiful job on my nails each time! Lately, I’ve been going every 3 weeks and my gel still looks great! I’m able to just sit back, relax and enjoy the atmosphere. :-) I would highly recommend going to Crystal Nails and making an appointment. They truly take the time making you feel important!!

Tommy does the best nails. The gel holds up so nicely for at least 2 weeks and they always look really good. Great about fitting me into the schedule. Short wait time and good color selection. They are the best!
