To all who reads , no one ever deserves a bad experience so my advise , is to talk or consult with the hairdresser giving the service that day , see how they are, see that area is clean ,and see that you like what the consult is for you, then enjoy the experience , there are many hairdressers with years of expertise , may you find the right professional to serve you and enjoy your experience. And yes I work here , and enjoy what I do , as do many of my coworkers , find the right stylist

I love my new haircut. I was seen by Edgar, and he was very professional. I usually grow my hair out for a long time and then cut it very short to donate. I've often had hairstylists at other places refuse to cut my hair as short as I want, or try to convince me that I don't really want it. Edgar was very respectful, and just asked for a picture so he could see how short I wanted it. He did a great job with the styling, and as he cut I kept asking him to go shorter and he continued trimming until I was happy.
If you want a specific stylist you should make an appointment, but I was a walk-in and they took me immediately. It was very clean, and was a roomy, comfortable environment.
I paid $45, and was there for about 40 minutes. It was time and money well spent, and I'd definitely recommend Edgar.

I have been Linda's client for the passed two years. Linda has been so great she gives me the best cuts and she did a phenomenal highlight job the first time getting my hair dyed!! She did exactly what I wanted and I love it! She's totally trustworthy and will get it right! She also gave me great tips for keeping my hair healthy! :) Love her! Won't go to anyone else!

Worst hair service I ever had. Yesterday I went there to have Maroon balayage and the lady gave me bright red ombré. It looked so bad that I didn't go at work today. When I called them to refund back my money, they said it is against our policy and we cannot satisfy every customer. I will never recommend anyone to get any service from there.

Horrible experience. I got my Keratin hair smoothing done and even after one wash it was hard to tell that I got my hair smoothing done a week before. When I complaint about it the hair stylist Michelle started arguing with me and ask me to blow try it every time after each hair wash because the keratin treatment they use is different than others. Not recommending anyone.
