Definitely will not be going back. I took my daughter for her birthday and the lil old man was to rude for me and rather than make a scene we just won't be going back. Something else to drive out of town for......

I was so excited about treating my daughter, who is expecting her own little bundle of joy, to a manicure at TJ Nails & Spa in Franklin Va. To our disappointment, her nails had small bubbles in the paint and the shape of her nails were not uniform, noticably. We called this matter to their attention and they had a very nasty attitude and wouldn't even look at her nails. We are not ones who complain and in fact my daughter asked me not to say anything but I just wanted them to fix what I paid for. Had I known they would be so rude I would've just left. Needles to say, that will be our last time at that salon.

although the main guy is very nice and humorous his nail technician skills are mediocre. I requested french tips, and paid $35 for sloppy work. Will not be going back.

AWFUL. Went in to get gel nails, the guy rushed when there was no one else waiting. Streaky nail polish and asked to get another coat and was denied... very easily can tell it was very rushed

Went for pedicure. I don't know what she sprayed on my feet but it burnt them bad. Bottom of feet were cut up. 3 days now and it's still excruciating to walk.
