Went in for a gel manicure. It took me about 2 months to grow my nails and told the nail technician to not file my nails too much because I had already filed them the way I wanted them to be. The nail tech completely ignored what I had advised her not to do and filed my nailes short and crooked. I pointed that it was uneven and she gave me the nail filer for me to correct then told me if I wasn’t happy with her work then to leave! So I left really upset and it has taken up to 2 weeks to regrow my nails...Never will go there again! Completely unprofessional and rude!

Worst nail salon in new York City. it's dirty here and the women are all rude. I asked the woman not to rip my nails off using a Metro card and she still did. I'm also Chinese and understood exactly what they were saying right after, saying I "was mentally ill" for asking her to soak my nails instead of ripping them off. Don't ask people to pay for services if you don't provide them properly. Go to m&w nail on ave c instead

what a horrible experience this truly was. they filed my nails to the point my skin was bleeding, and when i informed them that they were hurting me they laughed and started speaking chinese , completely ignoring me. they treat you like you are not a human,, very unfair. i will be going elsewhere, the polish did not even last longer than two days. very disapointed.

Never come to this place, unless u want ur nails to break instantly. they do not do nails correctly, they leave your nails with bubbles, scratches, they use bad nail polish. they are very very R U D E. ive never seen such a horrible nail salon. i came here and a day later my finger was infected, had to go to the hospital. they do not clean their things . very unsanitary. never again . if i could rate 0 stars i would. LINA IS THE WORST.

just a warning: pls spend your hard earned money elsewhere. this place will reallly ruin ur nails. they use a machine that grinds your nails up, even when i asked her not to. she did not even put alchohol on my nails when we were done. then she had the nerve to almost force me into giving her a tip! her name was Lina. how can i give tip if you did not do my nails correctly? and ignored me and laugh when i told you not to use the machine ???? i will never go back in here. very sad.....
