I normally go to Elegant Nails next door , however, my friend and I wanted to try Superior Nails out.... I have never been so disappointed in my life. I was greeted kindly, and informed a woman we both wanted pedicures and Full sets. When I sat down for my pedicure, I told her I wanted the DELUX... I however did not recive this. No massage, no hot towel, Just sloughed off dead skin, and painted toes. Yet I was charged for a delux!! Onto my manicure, I told the lady, I wanted pink and white french manicure.. with solar powder so they would not turn yellow.... What I ended up with was pearl tips and clear powder over them ( american tip) When I continuously said that is not what I want, she said wait it will be... I assumed, perhaps she had a different way of doing things with the same outcome so I sat and waited. Once she told me she was finished, I again said no, I wanted a french manicure.. WHITE TIPS. So, she paints my nails to suite me. After being under the lights to dry .. I ask am I done, and she, without checking my nails.. says yes .. you're done. Taking her word, I begin to attempt to get the mass amounts of bulked acrylic off my skin and out from under my nails... in doing so mess up the "still wet" polish... the girl asks a co worker to fix my nails.. as she is leaving... ( SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!) After re painting and fully drying... my nails are now bulky and chunky looking... I am having them redone at Elegant Nails ASAP. Not worth the money.
