I called on Tuesday 2/11/20 a 1:47 pm to schedule an appointment for today 2/12/20 at 2:30 for a fill in and pedi. Danny answered the phone yesterday when I called. I scheduled the appointment , I asked Danny who will do my nails?! Danny told me to come and I will be taken care of. I arrived at the nail shop, and informed the staff their I had an appointment at 2:30 pm. I did not receive services until 430pm. Danny states “ you didn’t call yesterday “ I showed Shim the date and time I called yesterday. Danny appears to only work with his former clients when they were on N DIXIE. I am disappointed and will not return there for services!
