THOUGHT I loved this place. I came here a good handful of times, the first time my experience was less than mediocre as far as customer service goes. However, I loved my nails, so I decided to try again. After doing my nails the first few times, I found that she no longer works there so the next time I went, Lisa did my nails and she did a fantastic job, with awesome customer service might I add!
Now, I went last Thursday and DeeDee who is kind of a hot commodity in the salon if you will, did my nails feet and toes (TERRIBLE SERVICE: customer service and nail job) In total from what I can tell she treats and does people's nails well of who she wants to do so with. She completely rushed through my nails! My gel is peeling off almost every nail smh (my picture will not post), my feet look CRAZY. Horrible service (for me) by DeeDee, I see others have posted raving reviews about her-- further proving my point.

So disappointed went to get my nails and pedicure.. First the atmosphere is very unprofessional. Second pedicure came out ok but when it came to my nails, first the girl who works there with the orange hair didn't want to do my nails more concerned about leaving.. secondly I told her how I would like my nails shaped she asked me to Google a picture which I didn't understand because she is the nail tech why do I have to Google to show u how it's done.. well while shaping the nails came off. Atthat point I was over it.. she then asked someone else to do it which that person was busy.. so I ended up leaving and going around the corner where there is professionalism.. So disappointed with the service no wonder why it's always empty... They need to rethink who they hire

Love them! Had the luxury of going on a early Tuesday morning and Van(I believe that’s his name) was able to help me right away. I explained to him I wanted to soak and relax for a minute(I am a 7mons pregnant working mom) so I don’t get that often he offered me a beverage and I didn’t feel rushed 😌 But besides that he did an awesome job on my nails and feet! And his customer service was amazing along with the other ladies that were working there. They definitely earned a loyal customer 💜

Nancy has HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. As a customer I should be able to ask a question as it pertains to my eyebrows without being yelled at. I even gave her an opportunity to collect herself. Unfortunately she didn't take advantage of that opportunity and ended up getting her lil fillings hurt....NEVER GOING BACK. Customer service accounts for a lot!!

It is very relaxing and sometimes its crowded inside but it would be worth the wait
