The staff was rude when I called to make my appointment. I went in anyhow and found them even more rude in person. In the mirror Olga looked me up and down and rolled her eyes! She kept mumbling in a foreign language and made me so uncomfortable I was self conscious! She is rude, condescending and inexperienced. Never again.

Whoever drives their car has no idea what "Right of way" is. If you're going to put your company number on your car, represent your company properly.

Bought a groupon for my wife to get her hair cut and colored. First. Tried to charge her an extra $20 as soon as she walked in. Complaining they only get $20 from a groupon purchase. As she sat in the chair. My wife gave specific detail as of how she wanted her hair cut. The woman “Rocio” decided to partially color her hair and leave the parts she was gonna cut off I colored. Weird. But ok. After color wash and dry the cutting begun. Butchered my wife’s hair. I mean my wife was in tears. I have no clue about any of the other stylists but this woman was terrible. I wouldn’t let her trim my nose hair. I blame the owner for letting her work there and allowing her to ruin the reputation. I am a internet blogger by trade and will mention this horrible place in as many places as I can. Save your mind. A blind person could do a better job !!!!

Not a good person! Do not go here no matter what you do. Extremely rude, unprofessional and a rip off. I bought a groupon here and had never been. I paid 25$ for an Uber to get there since it was so far from my hotel. She clearly scammed me, when I got there she claimed I had been there before and basically was telling me to leave. It was the craziest thing ever, i live in California and I visit Vegas 1 or 2 times a year and i always buy the groupon. She had claimed i had been there more than once which is insane because I live in California and i looked at my past history of Groupon and there were many other salons that I had been to but the only purchase iIhad from hers was my recent one she refused to honor. She was the only stylist in there and I believe her business is not doing well so she will scam you. Be careful!
I later bought a Groupon for HotBox Salon and they were so kind and professional. Much better service. Check them out and save yourself from a bad experience.

We were ripped off.Owner charged us for full color and haircut which was in Groupon.First off, she asked us not to go through Groupon but she would honor price. she never bleached my son's hair and only colored the tips that we're already colored. She then only cut the sides and back of his hair, she never cut anything or or shaped the top of his head stating that he asked for it not to be cut, that was not the case he was just too embarrassed to say so to me while in front of her. I would give anything for a refund or for her to fix her work cuz after one week my son's color is already gone. They say they're color experts but instead she went easy and ripped me off
