I went last week to get a gel manicure, and they told to come back in 3 hours, so I did! I was there over an hour.. and my nails look the worst they ever had. The nail tech every 5 seconds answered the phone, and did my nails without even looking! My nails are crooked.. she filed them down so thin... and she HURT me!!! They don’t even look good!!! The nail tech was so rude... Don’t waste your time here!!! Go to Greenville to get your nails done! 45 min drive is nothing compared to the wait here!!

Made an appointment for two, we did have to wait a while because it was a busy Saturday but that is to be expected. Appointments don’t work like a hair salon normally does it is still first come first serve then appointments. I feel like they could work on making the appointments feel like a priority. The nail tech properly listened to the style I asked for and made sure to stay within my budget. They had a clean facility, were friendly and efficient. The only critiquing I would say would be the appointment thing, if you can’t work on the people who arrive on time for the appointments explain at the time of booking that it’s still first come first serve or come up with a way to be ready for the appointments. People who want appointments typically want to sit side by side so they can enjoy the experience together. We will be back 💖

We are pleased with our nails, but not happy with the experience. I made an appointment two weeks ago for three people. I was called back about 15 minutes after our scheduled appointment time and told that I could not sit with my family so that two walk-ins could sit together. When I questioned it, the employee said that we could still see each other. I said, "And talk across the aisle?" I did not appreciate being treated that way. I probably won't return.

Little to no wait. Great pedicure and nails. Nails evenly done, polish on point and it's nice and clean.

I’ve had a great experience every time I come here. I recommend Mimi, she does my nails exactly how I ask. They can get pretty busy, so I prefer mornings other than that, I highly recommend!!
