I love this place, my nails always look beautiful, this is my 4th time doing my nails with Marisela and she does an amazing job. No appointment required. Place is very clean and nice looking!

It is the worst nails spa I’ve ever been in my life. Very dirty, unsanitary. Staff are arrogant and lazy. Dirty napkins were laying all over the place. I was waiting for a 15 min in a waiting area. Then they invited me in a room for pedicure and told me to put my feet’s in a bath. I was sitting there 30 min!!!!!!!! And No OnE!!!! came to make pedicure. No one even explained why I have to wait that long. A had to leave this dirty place. And good that it happened. This place looks very dirty, who knows what kind of infection you can get there. Yucky! Don’t even waste your time going there.
¡Es el peor spa de uñas! Muy sucia. Todos son lentos y perezosos. Estaba esperando 15 minutos en un área de espera. Y 30 minutos con mis pies en un baño. Entonces tuve que irme de este lugar sucio.

This is not a comfortable place to go the smell is unbearable you cant breath inside. They dont have any customer service at all. They are pretty rude. I wouldn’t recommend this place. The utensils that they use on you are already used so they are not sanitized which should not be.

This is a horrible horrible place to get your
nails done ! I called before I got there and was told a pedicure is $20 and tips are $25. I got my nails done and my feet and my feet ended up looking terrible ! The nail was outside my actual nails and one of my nails on my hands were twisted to the side. The shape I did on my nails were coffin and I was charged five extra dollars for that . I’ve been to many nail salons and i am never charged for the shape of the nail i want done and plus i got my nails done extremely short which I never do . I explained that to the worker that was there and she called the owner to come so I can explain to her and so I did and the owner was extremely nasty towards me stating that she has been in the business for 17 years and they charged for shaping the nails , if that was the case then when I called before getting there that should have been said . The owner went back and forth with and got loud and even started cursing and still ended up charging me for the shape of the nail . When I was leaving she said she doesn’t want welfare customers like me coming to her salon . Never have I ever received welfare or any help from the government, I’ve paid way more money for BETTER results and longer nails and have even paid the exact same amount I was suppose to pay here at this salon at others and had longer nails. I’ve been to nail salons in downtown jersey city which is way more expensive and never once paid for the shape of my nail ! That is absolutely absurd ! The owner is extremely disrespectful and cursed in front of two underage children I was with ! First and last time I will ever come here ! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PLACE!!!
