Waited 1 h 35 mins. Approximately 20 mins. in the chair and the girl starts helping 2 customers that just came in when I had already been sitting there over an hour and all the girl who works there would say was "sorry." I still was never was helped. I just left. What a waste of time. They have no sense of good customer service.

Tram is great! She is usually busy, but if you can get her to do your nails or waxing....she's awesome!! There's a couple of other ladies that are good, but I don't know their name.

Eny is amazing at everything!!! Nails, waxing and pedicures!! I’m glad I found someone that is good at what they do!! I get a lot of compliments on my nails she did!!

Poor service. Got a gel pedicure and it came off the same day. Called and asked to get them fixed and when I went I got yelled at. As one of the workers was fixing my nails the lady was still yelling at me and her worker. Don’t recommend this place at all.
