Small historic/boutique hotel in Sandwich, MA. Came here for a conference and enjoyed it very much. Good food, excellent service, and spacious rooms that are well cleaned and kept. Definitely stay for a drink in the wood paneled hotel tavern. For things to do, check out Dunbar Tea Room right around the corner.

The staff at The Dan'l Webster Inn went above & beyond to create an exceptional experience at the collation lunch for my Great Uncle. Every detail was attended to, the food was delicious (the scrod and the apple crisp were particular hits,) and the staff meet every need with care and kindness. Very much looking forward to going back, under better circumstances, to have an equally wonderful experience.

We had a great dinner at the Dan'I Webster's! Everything is very tasty and the wine was excellent! The service was lovely and the place is beautiful. Great time!

Lunch was be no means rushed. Our server, Seal, was fantastic. I had the Macadamia encrusted chicken. I had no idea I would love caramelized bananas on my chicken!

My husband and I had lunch in the tavern today. Food was very good, but a bit overpriced. I had pesto crusted cod for $20 and my husband had chicken pot pie for $17. My lunch entree did come with two sides- green beans and a nice rice pilaf with quinoa.
I thought wine was also a bit overpriced at $9 to $14 a glass with only one choice at $9.
Tavern was very cozy with a large fireplace that we were told gets lit at night. Our server was very pleasant.
Overall it was a good experience.
