A group of us got our nails done before a friend's wedding. We were able to reserve the whole salon for an up charge, which ended up being worth it. We were able to bring snacks and drinks and use their bar area. The staff was friendly and helpful. They didn't try to hurry through services and rush us out the door. I had a great gel manicure and neck and shoulder massage. Since none of us had ever been to this salon (most of us weren't from SF) we were so pleasantly surprised that it turned out to be great!

This was my second time here with my boyfriend. We enjoyed it last June so we decided to go back even though it's a little on the expensive side. We won't be returning as both our toe nails and some of my finger nails were trimmed in such a way to be painful like ingrown nails were working the following days and for some nails still almost two weeks later. My gel manicure lasted 1.5 weeks before starting to lift from edges so I was happy with that and impressed with the color choices for both regular and gel but for $70+ for a pedicure and gel manicure, I expect to have an experience that doesn't result in wincing when i take a step or type on a keyboard.

I went here for the first time today, and it is now my new favorite place for a mani/pedi in the city. $52 for classic mani/pedi combo in a beautiful space with kind professionals working here. The mani/pedi was done meticulously and looks amazing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
