Bad customer service. Very rude people that don’t know how to treat thier customers. Didn’t get her name but a lady with short black/brown hair she shouldn’t work in a environment where you need to talk to other humans she doesn’t know how to talk to people. Very unprofessional & witness how she treats her customers. You can do an amazing job but when you have a bad ugly attitude it’s not worth it .

There's this one lady who messed up my hair line a few weeks ago. I'm not going to describe who, but I suggest that ya'll hire people who actually know how to cut hair. Most of ya'll in there are doing an outstanding job. Another problem was that last time I went in, it took the woman there more than an hour to finish cutting my hair. But its fine, ill just go somewhere else. Thanks.
