I REALLY wanted to have a wonderful day getting my nails done with my daughter but our experience from the time we walked into the salon to the time we left was not a good one. This salon has a lot of potential with the way it is designed but it is very dirty and the customer service was some of the worst I have seen. The women that did my daughters nails never said one word to her. I felt so bad for my daughter. This was her first experience getting a manicure. I am going to make it up to her! She deserves better :)

Worst shellac “mani” I have ever gotten. She didn’t even use any tools to clean up the look of my nails, barely filed them. Every time she painted my nails she had to use shellac on the little brush to clean up her mistakes. Polish was super thick and running onto the skin next to my nail. Oh and my thumb polish peeled off on my drive home. Will be calling corporate for a refund. Never go to luv

I was given a gift card for a Lottsa Hottsa mani-pedi. I asked to have gel on my nails and was told it was a bit extra, which was fine. Upon checking out I was charged an additional $28! When I questioned why the high price just for adding gel (since a manicure was already in the gift card) the person at the checkout said 'I don't set the prices'. I was very happy with the girl doing my mani-pedi, but very disappointed in paying an additional $28 for gel on my fingernails.

I spent $47 dollars on a fill in with the shapes of my nails not even being the same and my nail not fully painted. Absolutely horrible.
