Great experience here. Had data I needed recovered from a non-working hard drive. Ken and his team did a great job and got all my data faster than they had committed to. I’ve been in and around the computer industry for 15 years and am familiar with the price of data recovery services. Computers Inc doesn’t gouge because you need the data, they offer very fair pricing for the type and quality work. I highly recommend the team here for your computer and repair related needs.

I brought my computer in thinking the kids killed it. Battery dead, blue screen half the time, taking forever when it did start up. I actually expected them to say I needed a new computer. They listened carefully to me about the symptoms and said they would look at it and get back to me shortly. Low and behold, they called a few hours later and said it needs a new battery and just needs updating. WOWWWW! They could have told me anything but it only cost me a small amount. When I picked up the computer they explained how to keep it up to date, virus free and it's working like a charm!.. Highly impressed and very happy. I HIGHLY recommend Computrs. Hands down the best I've ever seen!

Just had another great experience with Computrs Inc. After I had a problem with my computer where I was unable to get in to check my e-mails—just kept getting error messages, I called Computrs Inc. and spoke with Ken Freedman, the owner who, in his calm and courteous voice said: “no problem Rick, I can have one of my techs come to your house within the hour to have a look.” Sure enough, in about an hour Errol, one of the expert techs, was at my door. And just about one hour later my computer was not only up and running, but Errol had installed several updates as well as new anti-spy programs to protect my computer in the future. A great experience with Errol for sure! He was terrific in personality as well as knowledge—we couldn’t be more pleased! And the charges were certainly reasonable—more than fare for all the work that had been done. I highly recommend Computrs Inc. for any and all computer needs—they get 5 stars from me—Rick Pierce, a happy customer! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I innocently did a system update when my Mac crashed. I called Ken and brought it in immediately. Mario, his tech, was on it right away. What I love about the staff of Computers Inc, is the fact that they keep you informed throughout the entire process. They are extremely proficient, professional, and treated me as if I were their main priority. Most important- they were able to save my data. Turn around time was rapid, price was very fair. I highly recommend them!
