Went into this store with a friend looking for colored hair. They did not have what we were looking for. There were three employees working and we were the only customers. One employee was holding the front counter down, another was pushing a broom at the speed of molasses, and the third appeared to just be wondering the isles. Not a single sole said hello to us or even acknowledged we were in the store. No one offered to help us find anything. No one said thanks for stopping in or anything. There was NO customer service and since all three employees met me eye to eye and said nothing I consider them quite rude. Terrible store.

Great discounts for spring get It Now while supplies still in store.I purchase Brazilian hair for $9.99 original price was 21- 29.99 /4 piece plus closer top piece.

They have excellent products but very poor customer care. As a customer, you basically take care of yourself.
