I gave this place many chances but keep getting disappointed with it. I’m just going to give up on it. There is only one good tech who actually cares about her work from my experience. My other experiences included my cuticles bleeding or just bad jobs. They favor old customers over new ones, taking them first if they come in. Place is dirty too. They give you dirty wet towels. Now that I think about it, I wonder why that dirty towel was wet...🤔. Massages are the worst I’ve ever seen. Just a light touch and half the time the tech was talking to someone. Also no common sense with water, making it either too hot or too cold. They say eloquent words to customers but don’t actually care enough to make them comfortable. The manicure might have been one of the worst ones I’ve ever gotten. I must’ve dried for at least half an hour total, just to have them all smudge awfully later at home from just washing my hands and drying them. I could’ve done the same on my own. Their driers don’t work, so they have a regular fan, which is probably why my nails got messed up. I don’t know how they just found this out. I mean am I the only one who noticed no air blowing?? Also to pay, sometimes you have to wait for the owner to come in. This place is just annoying in every way. Only positive thing about this place is their relaxing music.

Horrible customer service!! DO NOT COME HERE!!! Hot water is not hot, pedicurist argues with me when I have a complaint about how she does my nails. Not coming back here anymore. Deserves no stars

This place charges minimum of $20 for pedicure only and the technicians are beyond horrible. I had to demand a sterilized set of tools because a technician was about to use the same tools she used with a client before me!
Of course, she gave me an attitude about it instead of admitting her mistake, which I strongly believe was an intentional act. Furthermore, the towels that are used for wrapping legs and wiping hands during manicures are grey from dirt, almost black and disgusting looking. In addition, the technician cut and filed my toenails unevenly. She barely touched my cuticles and a nail polish was all over the skin around my toenails. Just an extremely sloppy and dirty work! All that cost me $20 plus tip. I made sure to let the owner know that this type of a service shouldn't cost even a penny.
NEVER GOING BACK THERE AGAIN!!! The most unsanitary, unprofessional and disgusting place of service!!!
