They Do Not give a good pedicure,i had one small rough spot on my foot,refused to remove it (smooth it qith file etc) never again

I wish I could give this place a - star. doesn't even deserve 1!!! I went for a soak off and manicure. The woman was so rough with the instrument I told her she was hurting me and I laughed. Plus, she cut the base of my nail. I didn't want anything further after that and then I walked out realizing she charged me for a manicure...I had nothing done to them! I went back for a band-aid and told the gentleman at the front and he would not give me my money back. $7...for a service not received...and I have a bleeding nail. So ridiculous! Now I'm succeptble to infection!!! Plus, I asked for alcohol pretty sure it was ACETONE!!;

Honestly this place doesn’t even deserve a star. The customer service is horrible and everyone’s rhude . I got a pedicure and the nail tech cleaned one foot and not the other , then tried to tell me that I want extra cleaning it’s 8 dollars . Went to speak with the man in the front he did nothin about it . He told me to walk out . He didn’t even care . Not to mention that when I sat down 4 females were getting pedicures but yet my pedicure was done way before there . Everyone but the black girl was getting perfect treatment but I had to get a half a pedicure . Truly disgusting !

Poor customer service. If I could give it negative stars, I would. The owner Michael is extremely rude.i waited for almost two hours and finally was seated after I pointed out that he seated 3 people before me. If dealing with his rudeness and the wait wasn't enough, three days after getting my nails done, three of them chipped. I should've seen the handwriting on the wall when another customer came in complaining about her gel pedicure chipping the day after it was done. I'll never step into this establishment again!!!

Horrendous service! My wife has been getting manicures for years. Acrylics. She had gone in a week ago, and had gotten a fill in with gel manicure. She had gotten the gel so it wouldn't chip so quickly. TWO DAYS LATER, A LARGE CHIP ON ONE FINGER. Second time at this salon. Please keep in mind she has an office job, and never helps me with yard work at the risk of breaking a nail . She calls up, explains the issue and the rude guy on the other end of the phone tells her 5 dollars to repaint one nail. Crazy !
