I arrived right as they opened only to wait 15 mins for the ladies who do nails. The gentleman that was there only did toes. I asked him after waiting 10 mins if he does nails and he stated that the ladies were on the way. He continued to talk on the phone until they arrived. First one there 3rd one out. The young lady that helped me was very nice. Service was slow. Will not return

I wouldNEVER give them a star period but it won't let me give a no star rating!! First time there they allowed a gentleman to hold positions for his wife and daughters so it was 90 minutes before I was able to get my nails done and the girl who did them totally messed them up like she had never done SNS before so they looked horrible. I gave them a second chance and I arrived 35 minutes before they opened, one elderly lady arrived 10 minutes after they were SUPPOSE to open and put my hand in acetone until someone else showed up, 30 minutes later they began to appear for work, another 10 minutes to plug their cell phones and tablets in and have their breakfast, by this time I've been there with my nails in Acetone for almost an hour, it took the girl 1 and 1/2 hours to do my nails while watching a movie and talking on her cell phone! This is NOTthe way to run a business!! I will never go back and I'll never give them$50 for a DNS nail polish change! And NO I DID NOT leave a tip!!!! Please trust me in saying GO SOMEWHERE ELSE unless you want to waste your day, time and money!!

Waited over an hour and got a really awful set of nails. Tech filed my nails wrong, the powder is rippled and she missed several spots on my nails. Talked on the phone during my service. Awful. I'll never go back and I've told others to beware of this salon!

Love them!!!! Do wonderful on my nails and the only place that does my 5yrs nails and toes!!!!!! Only Thing is I make appointment and it does NO good I still have to wait!!!! And they stay busy

The man doesn't know what he is doing. Don't let him do anything rather nails or feet. The younger girl is awesome 💞
