I highly do not recommend Luxe nails. I had the worst experience ever there. A group of 4 of us went in for a bridal appointment which I had made at my last appointment. I originally made the appointment for 9 and then called back the same day to change it to 9:30 and someone had forgotten to change our appointment in their books.
We all showed up on time (9:30) popped a bottle of champagne and sat down for our pedicures and started to pick out our colors. We were all enjoying ourselves, excited for the bride just having a great time. While the pedicures were getting done all of us also had our previous nails wrapped in foil to be soaked off while we sat there. The other 3 girls went first- I went last and the lady who did mine was in charge of the books. I only wanted my polish changed bc I had a spray tan the night before. This woman was so incredibly rude it was unbelievable. The time was now 10am, 4 other people were sitting waiting for their appointments and this lady as she was painting my toes was telling me it was my fault all of them were waiting and that they were backed up bc of me being late. No one mentioned to us since we got there that we were late or anything. I had called to change our appointment but they hadn’t updated it on their end but it was still our fault?
She was so rude and kept saying the same things over and over again to me I just kept apologizing but it still didn’t matter to her. She told me she had called her manager to come in.
Our pedicures were finished and she seats us all at the nail stations and tells me that she’s going to get started on the other peoples pedicures then she’ll come and do our nails. Great.
We wait…. The manager shows up just to tell us that bc we were more than 15mins late to our appointment they can’t do our nails. Although they already wrapped our nails in foil to remove our previous dip/polish they were still willing to let us leave without doing even the brides nails knowing her wedding was the next day. My previous appointment not even 2 weeks prior for a dip manicure took well over 45 mins so there was absolutely no way they could do a manicure and a pedicure for each of us in 1 hour!!!
The woman informed me that they were short one employee that day but that wasn’t our fault! And the manager is incapable of doing nails too so she couldn’t help anyone out.
This woman knew the entire time she was not going to give us manicures and didn’t say a word to us.
They should have never booked 4 pedicures for the ppl who were waiting at 10am with 4 appointments for manis & pedis at 930 or even 9am for that matter.
They didn’t make us pay for our services but honestly how could you have?!
I was the last one to have my dip removed and it wasn’t until I mentioned my husbands name to one of my girlfriends and the lady recognized the last name and offered to take the time to do my nails. We had all asked if they had any time at all, we wanted the brides nails to have been done as she was the most important. So I still walked out. They lost all of my respect and I want to make sure that everyone knows what kind of service these people really give to paying customers. I left shaking because the upset me so badly! Terrible service! ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!
