I usually don’t write a review because I’m not hard to please but I left in tears. This was my first time here. I’m a mom who’s on a budget and went to only spend $30 and a tip. Sarah was my tech and kept pressuring me to get dip. She stated and kept repeating “ if you want cheap nails; your nails are going to look cheap” I kept telling her I still wanted the regular acrylic nails $30. You can tell I made her mad for some reason. She rushed and did my nails and no longer spoke to me and once she was done she got up and told me to go sit under the light for my nails to dry and walked away. She didn’t Offer to help me with my keys, water bottle, and wallet. I came home in tears. I wouldn’t recommend this place to any family or friends.

I had a bad experience at another nail salon in Arlington (Cowboys nail salon, do not go!!) I came gin immediately after and Sarah took care of me and she was amazing. She knew I was frustrated with my bad experience and expertly and quickly fixed my problem. My nails are perfect!!! She was super sweet and has a great eye for perfect shape. I normally come here but for convenience wanted to try somewhere else. Bad idea. I’ve never had a bad experience here. Thank you Sara!!

Very clean place. Staffis nice and friendly. Very spacious. They are priced around the same as the others that I have been to that are spacious. You may quench your thirst while receiving your service. They seem to be a full service salon. I've only gotten my nails done.

The ABSOLUTE WORSE experience!! I visited this salon at least 3 times in the last few months. The first time was great and went down from there! I went in on 10/19/21 for a dip manicure and pedicure. The young lady that did my manicure totally destroyed my nails. She cut my skin when trimming the cuticles.. I'm having to go to the doctor for a tetanus shot! Not only did she make me bleed.. she put the bottle she used on my bloody nail back in her case!
The response from the Manger was "we won't charge you for the cuticle trim" Really??

I went to Sarah. For her being new to the place, she did an AMAZING job! I told her EXACTLY how I wanted my nails to look and not only did she delivery my expectations but she gave a great add on detail. This was my second time and I’ll definitely be coming back
