I booked an appointment to get a pedicure done for my friends and I for my birthday. I asked for a fill in at 5:30pm and was told that they don’t have time yet they close at 8pm. For another thirty minutes a nail tech walked around and when I asked again I was dismissed saying that they don’t have time. I would understand if it was busy but there was no one but my friends and I in the salon. This is not how you treat your customers nor is it how you run a business. At least offer an explanation instead of saying you don’t have time and walking off. I could have taken my business elsewhere and got all of the services I needed done.

Disappointed. I booked a nail appointment for my 30th bday I'm going to Vegas for in two days. For 3 days their app reminded me about my appointment today. When I show up, there is a sign that says they don't have running water. When I asked, why wasn't I called? The owner just said oh the front desk was supposed to do that.
I've been here two times before and loved it because Jessica is super talented. But I can't believe how unprofessional she was this time.

Way over priced for the job I received. I got a pedicure it cost me $60. My toenails were cut too short and just straight across not shaped at all. I was happy to get my pedicure done but the work was mediocre. I recently moved from the Northside of town and received better service for half the price and with a design. I will not be back I prefer to drive across town.

My work week had been very busy and I had an upcoming wedding for the weekend. I was driving back home when I located HerMajesty Nail Boutique. This was my first experience at HerMajesty and I immediately felt a more upscale style, which is different from other salons. The decor was modern, beautiful and clean and the environment was quite and relaxed; you could actually enjoy the experience.
Jessica, the owner, took me, and I am so happy she did! Jessica was professional, talented at her work and very welcoming. Her and I along with her staff and other customers had a wonderful evening of laughter and conversation.
Jessica is a pioneer in the way people view nail salons and I know this is only the beginning!
