I have been living in Wisconsin for three years and have tried effortlessly to find a salon that would make my nails as beautiful as my girl back home. Well, last month I went to Polaris on a suggestion from a coworker and I was so happy to find Jo Jo who did my nails beautifully. Unfortunately, within a week my nails looked terrible. After my first fill, it happened again. Only this time it was only one day later and my nail popped off. Two days later, several of them fell off, chipped nail color, and two of them have a fungus underneath. The short story is that when I tried going back to tell Jo Jo and have her fix my nails, she was mean and loud and embarrassed me in front of the rest of the customers and staff. She also accused me of causing the fungus my self when in fact she put glue under my nail and it never sealed, causing water to get in. Then they had the nerve to try and charge me five dollars for a replacement nail only two days after my fill. They insisted I need a new full set after only six weeks.! Ha! I am beyond upset with the lack of professionalism, dirty utensils, rudeness, and blatant disregard for pleasing the customer at this nail salon. So much so that I filed a complaint and I will contact the owner soon.

I had a gift certificate From Christmas so I went in to get my nails done. I did an hombre overlay and it is one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. There’s acrylic all over my nails and the nails them selves look like terrible. I had on dip powder and when they soaked them off they didn’t even bother cleaning the nail bed. I ended up leaving with left over dip powder on my nails and hands. I’m so disappointed. I had to make an appointment today to get them redone at my usual place.

Went in with a friend for a pedicure.
It was mid morning, not crowded.
The atmosphere was nice, the ladies working with us were friendly.
It was a very fragrant, soothing experience.

We went in for a pedicure they did not sit us next to each other even though there were open chairs. We waited with our feet in the water for over a half hour until the water got cold. They were not friendly and it was not worth the money. We won't be back but the decor looked nice. My pedicure is horrible, still white from my toe nails showing.*update not even 2 days later the paint is coming off my toes and I did not stub them or break a nail* Seiously this place is over priced and did a horrible job do not go here!
