NO TYPE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE! LADY THOUGHT I DIDNT SPEAK SPANISH AND BEGAN BAD MOUTHING ME!! THE PLACE IS ALWAYS PACKED (BUT NEVER WITH CUSTOMER JUST KIDS AND I GUESS THEIR FRIENDS) ITS DIRTY TOO! JUST DONT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING OVER ME

The worst experience I have ever had, if you value yourself and your hands and feet, do not go here. First of all, I sat and waited 30 mins for someone who was just sitting around doing nothing and had no regard for any customers waiting. I had a blonde woman who was very rough and very obnoxious. She used old and used materials for my feet and had ZERO professionalism, and zero job training, she was constantly on the phone and chit chatting w her co workers, I will never go back here and advise against anyone coming here for the first time, save your money, these people do not care about the customers or their reputation..This place is absolutely run down, if I could give 0 stars I would.

i stop going there since Mr. lee pass away his wife do not about the customers well being . there lady there talk only in spanish . but what so funny is everyone understand them . it will so closed down. good luck

This places was over priced. I asked for dipping powder and the finish product came out horrible. Looks unfinished and just messy overall.

Never again. The woman who did my nails was unprofessional. The place itself is a mess.
