I asked for eye brow threading and she said okay. She tells me to close my eyes and she started waxing them...that’s not what I asked for.
Then I came to repair two nails that broke & at first they said I have to do a whole new set & had to talk them down to just doing the nails that actually need repair ( I just paid to have them done less then a week ago). Had to pick a completely different color & at the end, the tip was sitting separate from my nail to the point I could put my other nail in between it and she says it’s supposed to be that way.
It’s messy & dirty. Very upset...seems like they charged me more since they knew I wasn’t from around here. Never again.

I always come here to get my nails done and they are super friendly. Jenny recognizes me right away. They do a great job and are very creative. I highly recommend.

Took a huge chunk of my toe nail out and blamed me for it. I was bleeding a lot and she put my foot back in water. THAT IS SO UNSANITARY. She was using all non sanitized and reusable tools. Not only was I bleeding, but I have warts. I feel sorry for the next person those tools are used on. Besides for the pain inflicted and unsanitary conditions. The paint job is also terrible: flooded cuticles, bubbles on surface, patchy, uneven, and even un painted in some spots.
