I’m so disappointed... I get my hair color a week ago... first of all I visit the salon two days before my appointment and they make me a “quote” for 150 (maximum) and at the end I Pay $280 that the owner (the least friendly person) charge me for the correction of the mess that the girl did to my hair... the color supposed to be “blonde” bayalage and the result was my hair orange.... I just read a comment for another customer that suffer the same as me... terrible work that ends with orange hair and the owner charging more for even try to fix! It’s a shame....now I understand why the stylist quit to the salon!

I normally don't leave reviews anywhere but this one is worth it. This was the best salon experience I have ever had. And I've been to quite a few salons. Lindsay was my Stylist. She was very enjoyable to work with. She listened to everything I wanted and assured me my hair could be fixed. The rest of the staff was super pleasant, it was a great atmosphere, and they even served my boyfriend and I wine! Lindsay took her time with my cut, and was very gentle with my dried out hair.
I was very reluctant to go to salons after continuously having bad experiences, but I was recommended to Two Sisters and Lindsay, and they did not disappoint. I have never been happier walking out of a salon. The pricing was great too, and no one tried to force any extra services on us. Because of that and the wonderful haircut, I will definitely be back. If you're thinking about getting a cut here, ask for Lindsay, you will love her.

No regard for customer morale. Started using Two Sisters Salon in May 2017 with the hope of achieving an all over blonde look. I already had blonde highlights when I visited for the first time and had been getting a base bump and full hightlight from another salon prior. After four attempts, and now August 2017, it's still not right. I understood it might take a couple visits to get the desired result, but it's been four visits and my hair is orange in places! My color is uneven, orange and brassy in several of the bottom layers. I determined after this last visit, my stylist just wasn't capable of working well with blondes who have a darker natural color. (I'm auburn naturally.) The orange/brassiness has been there since my first visit in May. When I contacted the owner, she first told me that she didn't think the word "corrected" was the word to use when I explained my concerns. After explaining my hair was orange and brassy in places, she offered to let me see another stylist, but said I would have to pay for a portion of it.
If you want to be treated poorly, this is the salon for you. After four attempts at getting it wrong, they should be offering to correct it for free. Now they've lost a valued customer because they have no value in treating their customers with professionalism and courtesy.

Stylists, as well as other workers, gave consulting on some of my issues while I was waiting for my daughter who was getting her hair done. They offer water and coffe and make sure everyone is comfortable and happy. Very friendly and great staff. Can't wait to come back and get my hair done!!
