Literally still sitting in the parking lot of the nail shop. I’m so happy with my gel nails. They are exactly what I wanted and she even got under the nails with the nail file drill. I always have to tell nail techs to get under the nail but not her she was very nice and gentle. And her nails were really pretty. The shop was extremely clean and quite. I saw nail equip being sanitized there was also hand sanitizer at the stations it wasn’t crowded did not smell of chemicals and the seat was very comfortable. Thank you so much for your service. I’ll be back again , and again

Nana was so nice she made sure I was comfortable the whole time with my sensitive skin. Tammy was very nice to. I will definitely be back.

I went with three of my friends to get our nails done for my birthday. I set an appointment for 2 full sets and two manicures at 11 on Saturday. We got there a little before 11, but apparently they don’t care if you have an appointment or not because we still had to wait for after walk ins to be serviced. The one nail technician that did my full set and one manicure was amazing. A different technician that was supposed to do the second manicure sat my friend at the drying table and just painted her nails, and they were not done well, there was nail polish all over her fingers and not all her actual nail was done. Then when she asked to fix them we had been there for almost 2 hours and they started arguing with us that she only wanted nail polish done and not a manicure. We will NOT be going back due to very bad customer service

They have really good pics and the place seems really clean and nice but when me and my sister came in for a full set each they told us 30-45 min wait so we waited picked our colors everything. Then an hour later I told them we’re leaving, no one had updated us on a wait or anything either because at that point I’m wasting my day. Then they wanna say after the next lady will be our turn like no I’m done waiting around, if the wait was gonna be that long then tell me so I don’t sit there and waste my time. I get it we should have made an appointment but having us waiting over an hour when it wasn’t even crowded was just annoying. I wish I could have gotten my set done cause they’re pictures looked good but oh well.
