I'm a fluent Vietnamese American, which means despite looking like I didn't understand Lisa this late afternoon saying, "she's so fat she can barely get out of the chair," I heard every word. It's unfortunate because Yorktown Nails has a lot of positive reviews on Yelp, which is what brought me there, but I'm guessing all you ladies writing about the great customer service here don't speak Vietnamese. She did a great job and I tipped her $7, but that is the last of my money this place is going to see. It's comical because she didn't even say it to anyone, it just came out as she was walking me from the pedicure chair to the drying station. A couple words of advice: 1. If you don't have anything polite to say, try not saying anything at all 2. Never assume your customer is clueless to you trash talking (or "nói xau") them in another language because that's how you end up on negative reviews.

Everyone here is so professional! All of the ladies are awesome at what they do and make you feel well taken care of the moment you enter the facility. Will continue to be a loyal customer!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The lady that did my manicure told me that I shouldn't be wasting her time by making her wait for my nails to dry up. Every time she works on one hand the other should be in the black light machine. This was the second time I ever had gel nails done. The reason I decided to go here was because of it's great reviews, but unfortunately I did not get the best experience.
