The lady manager/owner is the rudest person in this location. She screams at her staff in front of clients making everyone extremely uncomfortable. She hires beginners (which there’s nothing wrong with that) but doesn’t monitor if they are doing well or if the client is satisfied. Like mentioned before she scolds them like little kids in front of everyone. I walked in because the color I asked for was not the one that was put on me and she had a nasty attitude towards me and then her employee. If you don’t like to see this kind of behavior this is NOT the place to visit. There’s many more nail places around them. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

Loved these place the young lady who did my nails her and her husband run the place and she did a terrific job on my nails

It was my first time going to this nail salon and couldn't have asked for better service. The manager did a great job with the manicure and gel apply. His wife and the other workers were nice also.

I am usually a regular customer of Lee nails and I've never had too much of a problem with them but yesterday will be the last day that I come to this place. My nails look fine but my freaking eyebrows!!!! I told the woman not to make them to thin, I liked how they looked and I just wanted a bit of clean up but not only did she completely disregard that she FREAKING CUT ME AS WELL! NOW I HAVE CUTS ABOVE MY EYE!!! I am absolutely furious. A picture of my eyebrows from before I got them done yesterday and a picture of afterwards and a picture of the cuts. They may be small but its still unacceptable!!!!! Absolutely terrible!

I LOVE this place. I am a regular customer to Nikki, and she is one of the sweetest, most talented techs I've visited! Everyone else is kind as well. I'm not sure what happened with other reviewers who said they whole staff is rude. I'm there every other week, and do a lot of observing. I've never seen the staff be rude to anyone. Also the price on the list is EXACTLY the price I pay. Be advised of extra charged for polish change, trim, and french tips... maybe that's where you were charged more?
I recommend all of my friends to come here. The building is clean, and the staff does good, quality work. I could go three weeks before a fill is needed, but I like to change colors so I go every other. My nails always come out even in length, straight, and perfectly polished. I also sometimes get pink and white nails done, and the white is always even on all nail. Nikki goes the extra mile in making sure her work is done right. DEFINITELY GO HERE!
