The place is clean and the nail technicians are friendly. However it literally took ten minutes for my pedicure to be done. The massage was barely felt even though the tech used hot stones.

Had an apt with my nail tech who I adore she does amazing work and she was just finishing up with her appt from before me I told her no biggie I wasn’t in a rush and then the boy who works the receptionist area ( yes boy cause he’s not a man he’s like a young kid) told me I had to come back another day because if she didn’t take me when he wanted her to that it would make them stay open later! I was so upset and I was explained she’s finishing up she maybe only had 10/15 min left and they told her to give her client up to someone else so she could take me and I thought that was so rude especially because her other client was an appt as well. Anyways, this place is terrible worst customer service and way too pricey! They have this little boy trying to play manager and he clearly has no skills in the business and not professional at all and then there’s a younger technician I’d say maybe in her 30’s who try’s to boss everyone around and tells this boy what he should say and do and she’s no better either. Do not waste your money here at this salon!

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. They did a terrible job. I accidentally smudged a nail and they did not fix it properly. They won’t take tips on the card and when I asked for change for a 20 they “had no 1s” so I had to tip my $15 manicure and extra $5, plus the $1 charge for the ATM. Definitely not a $21 dollar manicure. Worst experience in a long time.

Horrible! Got a simple manicure (no gel) and left with nails looking as they were weeks overdue. Only one nail did she paint to the cuticle, and failed to remove old polish. They were not completely dry (three nails smudged after I left), although she said I was all set, and I then had to ask for and apply my own lotion as my hands were very dry from the fan (the manicurist for the person sitting next to me massaged lotion onto her hands). Inside of Nail Pro seemed clean and updated, but service was rushed.

Kathy does my nails they are always beautiful never lift or fall off cn go sometimes 3 weeks. Love it
