Great little gem of a salon. Ann has does mine and my family’s hair (men and women) for years and always does a wonderful job! Best to make an appt but can walk-in too no problem!

These two sisters serviced customers well if you were new to their salon. But as you returned regularly, you would then find out as I unfortunately did that they became aggressively friendly to the point of being obnoxious sometimes. Theresa often took you for granted and started cutting hairs her way. When you commented about it, she would argue by saying she knew better because she had been cutting hair for so many years. She does not take professional feedback kindly.
Today, she crossed the line and began to trim my eyebrow on her own. Luckily, I stopped her just in time, but still the right side looked slightly shorter and thinner than the left side. As I questioned her, she was defiant, confrontational, and said she did it already, and asked what she could do about it now.
It will grow back I know, but her unapologetic attitude sickened, disgusted me. This is enough for me to not go back to her anymore. Chances are she must have done this sort of stuff to others before. They just never returned and never bothered to post any review for others to know. So what is left is just some of her hardcore, long time customers in the community.
So beware, you are better off going to other places in the community. Do not go to this hair salon under any circumstances.
